As the Gambia celebrates the month designated for the Diaspora, we also dedicated a few days to remember all the Heroes who risked their lives to liberate the country of Yaya Jammeh’s tyrannical administration.
The homecoming event starts on Friday 29th December 2017 with Jumma Prayers at the Kanifing Mosques, welcome the Heroes is on 30th Dec, meeting the victims on 6th Jan and finally finishes with Prayer services for both the Fallen and surviving Heroes on 7th Jan 2018.
